Black Friday 2026 Vinyl Deals: Dates and Tips

Last updated October 27, 2026. Facts checked against the sources listed at the bottom.

Black Friday 2026 falls on Friday, November 27, and so does Record Store Day Black Friday, when independent shops sell limited vinyl releases in person only. Cyber Monday is November 30, and Bandcamp Friday, when Bandcamp waives its revenue share so artists keep more, falls on November 6 and December 4. This page is refreshed every week with what we can verify.

The dates that matter

Record Store Day Black Friday: rock releases on the official lists

The official lists were published on 6 October 2026. Releases are pressed in limited numbers for independent shops, there are no pre-orders, and quantities differ from shop to shop. A few rock titles on the official lists:

Check the official list for your country before you go, since the US and UK and Ireland lists differ. Find participating shops through the Record Store Day site.

How to tell a real vinyl deal from a fake one

  1. Compare against the price history, not the crossed-out number. A list price on a page is not proof the item was ever sold at that price.
  2. Check the format and pressing. A cheap listing may be a different edition, a CD, or an item that only shares the album name.
  3. Watch the seller line. Marketplace sellers can list the same album at wildly different prices.
  4. Decide your ceiling first. If you would not pay it on November 25, a sale label should not change your mind.

Our own rule for calling something a deal: we log the price of each pick daily and flag a deal only when it is at least 15% below its own median over a period of at least 14 days with at least 5 readings. We do not publish prices on this site, so we only tell you that a pick has met the rule.

Deal watch (updated weekly)

As of October 27, none of our picks has met that rule yet: it needs at least 5 price readings over 14 days, and we only started logging prices in late October. We re-check every week through Cyber Monday, and a pick that qualifies will be marked here. Until then, these are records and gear that suit a Black Friday list because they are well documented and easy to verify:

How we pick what to link

We only link a specific listing when it passes automatic checks: the right artist, album and format, in stock, and strong customer feedback from a large number of buyers. If nothing passes, the link goes to an Amazon search instead and we say so in our notes. We do not show prices or star ratings on this site because they change by the hour. Check the current price before you buy.
